How many guests can Camp Sandy accommodate?
Camp Sandy sleeps 28 guests overnight across 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. For day events such as weddings and parties, we can accommodate up to 100 guests on the property.
Are all amenities included?
Yes. The pool, hot tub, pickleball court, sand volleyball court, game room, full kitchen, lake access, kayaks, paddleboards, and all outdoor areas are included at no extra charge.
What kitchen facilities are available?
Camp Sandy has a full gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. It is fully equipped for preparing meals for your entire group.
Is there parking available?
Yes. There is ample parking on the property for all guests, including space for larger vehicles. No need to arrange off-site parking.
Is the property pet-friendly?
We handle pet requests on a case-by-case basis. Please ask us when you submit your booking request and we will let you know what we can accommodate.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. It is reliable enough for video calls and streaming, making it suitable for both leisure and corporate retreats.

Absolutely. Camp Sandy is a stunning wedding venue with lakefront ceremony space, reception areas on the grounds, a bridal suite, and accommodations for your entire wedding party. The property is exclusively yours for the weekend.
Is Camp Sandy suitable for corporate retreats?
Yes. With meeting-friendly indoor spaces, team-building activities like pickleball and volleyball, a full kitchen for catering, and overnight accommodations for 28, Camp Sandy is ideal for corporate retreats and off-sites.
Can we host a family reunion?
Camp Sandy was built for gatherings like family reunions. With 8 bedrooms, activities for all ages, a full kitchen for family meals, and 4 private acres, it is the perfect home base for your family.
Can we bring outside vendors for events?
Absolutely. You choose your own caterers, photographers, DJs, florists, and any other vendors. We are happy to share recommendations for local vendors we have worked with in the past.
Are there noise restrictions?
We ask that outdoor music and amplified sound end by 10 PM out of respect for neighbors. Indoor activities can continue later. We will share the full guidelines when you book.

Camp Sandy is about 30 minutes from downtown Austin, depending on traffic. We are located at 13401 Bullick Hollow Road in the Lake Travis area — close enough for convenience, far enough for peace and quiet.
What is the nearest airport?
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is approximately 45 minutes from Camp Sandy. Ride-share and rental cars are readily available at the airport.
How do I get directions?
Our address is 13401 Bullick Hollow Road, Austin, TX 78726. Enter it into any GPS or maps app for turn-by-turn directions. We also send detailed arrival instructions with your booking confirmation.
Is there enough parking for large groups?
Yes. The property has ample parking for all overnight guests and additional vehicles for day events. We can accommodate buses and larger vehicles as well.
